Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours period of being notified
Oasis Counsellors are all member of recognised professional bodies such as PACFA/CCAA.
Session cancelled or postponed need 24 hours notice or cost of session will be fully incurred
Collected information for ongoing counselling purposes will be confidentially secured by Oasis People and Culture
Name of employee for counselling sessions will be encrypted for invoicing and accountability to employer.
Full details of confidentiality between counsellor and the employee are outlined in the Confidentiality and Disclosure document agreed to by these parties prior to commencing counselling.
Names of employee for compulsory debriefing sessions will be disclosed for accountability.
Oasis People and Culture Pty Ltd do not provide legal reports or Family Court reports or WorkCover reports.
Counselling Sessions are 50 minutes in length
Critical incident response is charged at normal rate plus travel time at $80 per hour.
Organisational Well Being Health Check is completed at or around the renewal date of the contract.
Quarterly report provided to employer with non-specific details of EAP usage.
Payment of invoices is required within 14 days.
Annual Service Fee is invoiced on contract commencement and on renewal of contracted services as at the anniversary date of the contract.
Annual Service Fee is non-refundable, however the contract may be terminated with 1 month notice.
