Employee Assistance Program - Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours period of being notified

  • Oasis Counsellors are all member of recognised professional bodies such as PACFA/CCAA.

  • Session cancelled or postponed need 24 hours notice or cost of session will be fully incurred

  • Collected information for ongoing counselling purposes will be confidentially secured by Oasis People and Culture

  • Name of employee for counselling sessions will be encrypted for invoicing and accountability to employer.

  • Full details of confidentiality between counsellor and the employee are outlined in the Confidentiality and Disclosure document agreed to by these parties prior to commencing counselling.

  • Names of employee for compulsory debriefing sessions will be disclosed for accountability.

  • Oasis People and Culture Pty Ltd do not provide legal reports or Family Court reports or WorkCover reports. 

  • Counselling Sessions are 50 minutes in length

  • Critical incident response is charged at normal rate plus travel time at $80 per hour.

  • Organisational Well Being Health Check is completed at or around the renewal date of the contract.

  • Quarterly report provided to employer with non-specific details of EAP usage.

  • Payment of invoices is required within 14 days.

  • Annual Service Fee is invoiced on contract commencement and on renewal of contracted services as at the anniversary date of the contract.

  • Annual Service Fee is non-refundable, however the contract may be terminated with 1 month notice.
