You’ve heard of ‘mum guilt’ but what about ‘dad guilt’? Men also suffer from the affliction - the guilt of not being home enough, or of being home but not being present. Then there’s the guilt of overreacting to things we’re unhappy with in relation to our children or underreacting when we see them achieving. So, how can we navigate dad guilt?
