CONDITIONS

CATERING 

  • Where possible Oasis will work with venues to accommodate dietary requirements. Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee dietary requirements will be met.


CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER FEES 

Cancellation Fees / Refunds 

  • Other than when Oasis People and Culture cancels an event, no refunds will be offered for cancellations.

Substitute Another Attendee

  • Substitutions can be made prior to the event and no fee will be incurred. Please advise promptly of name change. 

 

IF OASIS PEOPLE AND CULTURE CANCELS A COURSE

  • Should an event be cancelled by Oasis People and Culture, all participants will be notified and a full refund offered. Alternatively, participants will be offered a place on the next available program.
