LEADER AS COACH - POST PROGRAM REVIEW

The purpose of this final focus group is to collectively look back and look forward:

  • What’s shifted individually and collectively as a team as a result of this learning program - beginning with the pre-program focus group. How does this compare (more or less) with the shifts you said you wanted? What’s shifted in the way you think, feel and act?

  • What’s next for you individually and collectively? What do you want to learn/do next to extend and deepen your own leadership learning and/or extend this learning amongst your own direct reports.

To make our final focus group more focused and productive we ask you to do some ‘homework’ beforehand to help you reflect on your learning experience during this program.

Preparation Steps:

The following questions are designed to elicit anecdotes and examples that best describe and illustrate the shifts you’ve made and their impact.

Step 1: Review and reflect on the shifts you and your team completed at our pre-program focus group. See attached.

Step 2: Reflect on your learning experiences inside and outside our workshops and those situations and instances where you applied your learning and noticed shifts in yourself and/or with others you work with.

Step 3: Respond to the questions below using the template provided.

Step 4: Please email your completed PDF to the 6 questions at least 24 hours before the focus group. Bring a copy of your responses to the focus group session.
