CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
REGISTRATION AND FEES
Course fees are due a minimum of 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. Please send payment via EFT as per invoice.
CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER FEES
Cancellation Fees / Refunds
Other than when Oasis People and Culture cancels a course, no refunds will be offered for cancellations from within ten working days of course commencement.
If a cancellation is received between ten working days before course commencement and the day of course commencement, a full credit will be given, less an administration fee of $121 (inclusive of GST), to be used against future Oasis People and Culture courses.
For cancellations / withdrawals received on or after the commencement of the course no refunds will be given.
Transfer Fees
Once commenced, if you need to transfer to a later course a $275.00 (plus GST) administration fee will be invoiced.
Substitute Another Participant
Substitutions can be made prior to course commencement and no fee will be incurred. Please advise promptly of name change.
IF OASIS PEOPLE AND CULTURE CANCELS A COURSE
In the event a program is cancelled by Oasis People and Culture, all participants will be notified and a full refund offered. Alternatively, participants will be offered a place on the next available program.
