CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

REGISTRATION AND FEES

Course fees are due a minimum of 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. Please send payment via EFT as per invoice.

 

CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER FEES 

Cancellation Fees / Refunds 

  • Other than when Oasis People and Culture cancels a course, no refunds will be offered for cancellations from within ten working days of course commencement. 

  • If a cancellation is received between ten working days before course commencement and the day of course commencement, a full credit will be given, less an administration fee of $121 (inclusive of GST), to be used against future Oasis People and Culture courses. 

  • For cancellations / withdrawals received on or after the commencement of the course no refunds will be given. 

Transfer Fees 

  • Once commenced, if you need to transfer to a later course a $275.00 (plus GST) administration fee will be invoiced. 

Substitute Another Participant 

  • Substitutions can be made prior to course commencement and no fee will be incurred. Please advise promptly of name change. 

 

IF OASIS PEOPLE AND CULTURE CANCELS A COURSE

  • In the event a program is cancelled by Oasis People and Culture, all participants will be notified and a full refund offered. Alternatively, participants will be offered a place on the next available program.
