About Dan

Dan loves a great question. He is driven by curiosity, care for people, creativity, and a positive outlook toward change. He enjoys helping people develop a deeper understanding of self and situation and discover a more fruitful path forward in life and work.

Dan is a clear and engaging communicator, skilled in workshop facilitation, leadership coaching, strategy, and organisational development.

He has worked for 15 years in pastoral ministry, most recently with his denomination in WA and nationally facilitating organisational development and change for local community groups. For five years Dan ran a business delivering protective behaviours workshops for high school students, equipping them to develop safe and respectful relationships.

In 2020 Dan completed his MBA with Curtin University with a focus on leadership, facilitation, strategy, and organisational development.

Dan is thrilled to live in the hills with his wife Erika, four young children and a bunch of chickens (especially with the price of eggs on the rise). He loves trail running, reading, and playing piano, and quietly hopes he might still be able to join the circus one day in a juggling act.

Dan’s accreditations include:

  • Master of Business Administration (Curtin University)

  • Bachelor of Theology and Bachelor of Ministry (Australian College of Theology)
