About Suzanne
An experienced administrator with a heart for people, Suzanne Mitchelson brings to Oasis support for both our clients and the team. Her unique blend of warm interpersonal skills and highly efficient organisational and administrative capability contributes to people being carefully equipped for their growth and flourishing. She enjoys supporting our learning programs with her coaching skills, and focusses her passion in our offerings connected with employee wellbeing.
Suzanne draws from decades of experience in various training development and delivery, and office management roles (in small business, management consulting, and training organisations), to event organisation and facilitation, teaching, connecting people and community care in the not-for-profit sector. She has continually pursued personal and professional growth, and has worked with many psychometric tools (eg. DISC, MBTI, HBDI), optimising her capacity to support Oasis and our clients to thrive.
Suzanne delights in having her three adult children all in Western Australia (for now), and relishes the opportunity of a good book, dinner with friends, and our great outdoors.
