About Rebecca
An experienced administrator with a heart for people, Rebecca brings to Oasis support for both our clients and the team. Her unique blend of warm interpersonal skills and highly efficient organisational and administrative capability contributes to people being carefully equipped for their growth and development. She enjoys supporting our learning programs with her discretion, strong communication and calm problem solving capabilities that sustain smooth operations and positive working relationships both within Oasis and beyond. Rebecca enjoys meeting people where they are at and helping to empower them with a sense of community, belonging and agency.
Rebecca has managed a farm business, supported an organisation in the NDIS sector as Chief Operating Officer and has background and tertiary education in nursing background (community and surgical).
She enjoys bushwalking and hiking and playing team sports. She also has a keen interest in Linguistics and volunteering in the communities she is a part of.
