We're thrilled to announce that Dan McGrechan has joined Oasis as a Consultant, bringing fifteen years of experience in organisational development, leadership coaching, and facilitation.
What drew us to Dan? His genuine curiosity about people and what makes them flourish. Whether he's facilitating workshops, coaching leaders, or helping organisations navigate change, Dan leads with questions that matter. It's the kind of approach that doesn't just solve problems - it helps people see themselves and their situations more clearly.
Dan's background spans pastoral ministry, organisational development, protective behaviours education, and strategy work. He holds an MBA from Curtin University and brings a rare combination - the analytical rigour of business strategy paired with deep care for human development.

When he's not working with clients, you'll find Dan trail running through the hills, reading, playing piano, or wrangling four young children and a flock of chickens. (He also hasn’t ruled out quietly joining the circus one day as a juggling act…!)
